"History" Live on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

Mos Def and Talib Kweli stopped by "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" to perform "History" from Mos Def's '09 release the Ecstatic. The Roots (Fallon house band) performed the instrumentals along with guest performances by Amber Coffman and Haley Dekle of Dirty Projectors. This is a truly organic Hip Hop performance.

Animal Collective (Live)

NPR was on hand for the first show of Animal Collective's spring tour at the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C.  The group played a new song tentatively named "Bleed" that you can get for free at Collected Animals.

Pitchfork reports that Animal Collective's Animal Crack Box is available and limited to 1,000 copies.  The vinyl box set contains a multitude of live recordings and unreleased tracks that the group recorded between '00 and '03.  There are no plans for CD or digital release for the material.
